DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Handle Your Account and Data

Your account security and the handling of your personal data are not afterthoughts here. We apply encryption at the account level, keep payment data partitioned from game-session data, and follow state-specific retention schedules. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for the period required by applicable state regulations. After that window closes, data is deleted or anonymized — you can request a timeline via email.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to see which lobby sections get used most. You can manage cookie preferences in Account Settings under Privacy.

Account Security

Login uses a one-time passcode sent to your registered mobile number or email. If you get an OTP you did not request, lock your account immediately from the app and contact us through live chat.

Requesting Changes

To update, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, submit a request through the in-account Help Center or by email. We verify your identity before processing any change to protect your record.

LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

How to Reach Us on Legal Matters

If you have a question about your rights, a data request, or a policy dispute, reach out through one of the channels below. We route legal and account-rights requests to a dedicated team — separate from general account help — so your request gets handled correctly from the first contact.

Team online

Live Chat

Start a chat from your account dashboard for account-specific policy questions. Have your account ID ready so we can pull your record without back-and-forth.

Email Support

Send data requests, dispute notices, or legal inquiries to our support email. We acknowledge within one business day and route to the right team from there.

In-Account Help Center

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select Help to find policy documents, data-request forms, and a direct path to our compliance team without leaving the app.

Legal Questions We Hear Most Often

These are the questions that come up when someone reads through the terms for the first time. Straight answers, no runaround.

Access depends on your state's online gaming laws. We only accept accounts from states where real-money online casino or sportsbook activity is permitted under local law. Check your state's current rules before opening an account.

Log in, go to Account Settings, select Help, and submit a data-access request. We verify your identity first, then send your record to the email on file within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We retain transaction records — amounts, dates, payment method type — as required by state gaming regulations. We do not store your full PayPal or Venmo credentials; those stay with the respective payment provider.

We retain records for the period mandated by applicable state regulations, then delete or anonymize them. You can request the specific retention window that applies to your account by contacting our support team via email.

Start the dispute through our live chat or email — not directly with PayPal or Venmo — because we pull your account record first to confirm the transaction before escalating. Contacting the payment provider first can delay resolution.

Go to Account Settings, select Privacy, and toggle off analytics cookies. Session cookies required to keep you logged in cannot be disabled without ending your session, but all optional tracking can be turned off.
